This gorgeous house near to Newent in Gloucestershire, has had a fantastic refurbishment.

The client wanted a Resin Bound Surface finish over other options for colour harmonies primarily but also permeability.

We installed 471m2 of this wonderful new aggregate blend at an 18mm depth to the rear and sides of the property and also to the large drive and parking areas.

We used a discrete but decorative aluminium trim at the ‘day joints’ which look the part.

To say the client is pleased is an understatement.

This lovely home in Cheltenham has had a full rear patio, pathway and driveway makeover.

It was all previously block paved which was very prone to weed growth and generally looked untidy.

An 18mm depth Resin Bound Surface was laid over the 240m2 and with a new aggregate blend called the ‘Sienna’ blend.

The home owner is delighted with the pretty well maintenance free and beautiful finish.

A brand new drive for a brand new house!

This 50m2 Drive was overlaid with an 18mm depth of UV stable resin bound surfacing.

We have done several of this particular developers properties in Oxford and the final finish sits perfectly with the build.

The developer not only likes the aesthetics of the product but the permeability too.
